03 · WHAT WE AUTOMATE
Whatever repeats every week and needs no judgement.
Copying data from an email into a spreadsheet, preparing the same quote with different numbers, sending appointment reminders or pulling the Monday report. Small tasks that add up to many hours a month.
We use artificial intelligence where it adds value: reading documents, sorting emails or drafting replies. Where it isn’t needed, we use simple rules, which are cheaper and fail less.

06 · THE COMPANY
A new company, with everything on the table.
VERTIAN SOLUTIONS was born from a simple idea: measure before starting and say what it costs. The name comes from the vernier, the calliper scale that lets you read tenths of a millimetre where the naked eye sees a single line. That is how we want to work: look closely, with data, before giving a figure.
We do three things that look different but share the same core: energy certificates, affiliate marketing, and apps with automation. In all three, whoever hires us needs to know what they will get, what it will cost and how to check the result. In a certificate it is a letter from A to G; in affiliate marketing, what lands in your account each month; in an automation, the hours that come back to your week.
We are a small company and we say so plainly. You talk to the person doing the work, not to a switchboard. We prefer a fixed quote to a surprise on the invoice, and a report you can understand to one that tries to impress. We work in person in Gijón and the Ribera Alta, and remotely across Spain.
We don’t have a long client list yet, so we don’t ask you to take our word for it. We tell you how many hours you’ll save and then measure it in front of you.

Questions before you start.
Will my data end up in some outside AI?
Not without you knowing. We use providers with servers in the European Union and tell you in writing which data goes through each service.
Do I have to change the software I use?
Usually not. We connect what you already have: email, spreadsheets, invoicing software or calendar.
What happens if something fails?
Every automation alerts you when it can’t finish a task and leaves it for a person. With maintenance, we respond within 24 h.
How long until it’s up and running?
A simple automation takes 2 to 4 weeks. A custom app depends on the scope we agree in the assessment.
What if I don’t save the hours you predicted?
You’ll see it in the pilot measurement, before anything is expanded. If the result isn’t worth it, we stop there.
