A new company, with everything on the table.
VERTIAN SOLUTIONS was born from a simple idea: measure before starting and say what it costs. The name comes from the vernier, the calliper scale that lets you read tenths of a millimetre where the naked eye sees a single line. That is how we want to work: look closely, with data, before giving a figure.
We do three things that look different but share the same core: energy certificates, affiliate marketing, and apps with automation. In all three, whoever hires us needs to know what they will get, what it will cost and how to check the result. In a certificate it is a letter from A to G; in affiliate marketing, what lands in your account each month; in an automation, the hours that come back to your week.
We are a small company and we say so plainly. You talk to the person doing the work, not to a switchboard. We prefer a fixed quote to a surprise on the invoice, and a report you can understand to one that tries to impress. We work in person in Gijón and the Ribera Alta, and remotely across Spain.
We don’t have a long client list yet, so we don’t ask you to take our word for it. We give you facts you can check before hiring us.

08 · FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What people in Valencia usually ask us.
Do you really need to visit? I’ve seen online certificates with no visit.
Yes. Royal Decree 390/2021 requires the technician to visit the property. A certificate issued without a visit can be rejected and exposes you to a fine.
How long does it take overall?
We reply within 24 h, visit within 1 to 3 days and deliver within 5 working days of the visit. With the urgent option, 48 h after the visit.
What if I get a bad rating?
You can still sell or rent. The certificate includes improvement recommendations sorted by cost, useful if you plan to apply for renovation grants.
Do I have to be there for the visit?
It doesn’t have to be you. Anyone who can let us in will do: a relative, the tenant or your estate agent.
What documents do I need?
The address and, if you have it, the cadastral reference (it’s on the IBI property tax bill). Invoices for new windows, boiler or insulation help improve the result.
